• Bought the mrs a silver necklace with 4x ceramic pieces from Sevens (Chestergate). All four pieces are cracked after only four months. According to Sevens this could only have been caused by her pulling on it. Their solution: they'll glue it - nothing more and not willing to raise the problem with their supplier. Good customer service Sevens, and good luck to anyone else who has to return anything to them!
