• I received a fantastic customer service I had a very ancient Necchi work horse that didn't make due to lack of parts in this country and over 80 years of work this machine did it belong to my late guardian then I had it had been all over the world with me. The care and the respect was outstanding they explained every thing to me I enquired about another machine that very day I explained my individual sewing needs and and they were professionally and caring to help me out the whole experience of being able to test drive the sewing machine and ask questions be fore sale was a bonus and ask about the general stuff after care maintenance I have now found a new part of my sewing family and will recommend every one their star ratings need to be expanding to 10 Thank you sew Amazing you perform to your name I hope your featured in the next filming of the great British sewing bee you are truly a hive of sweetness see you soon
