• It's a very neat and clean salon. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. My stylist is super! She understands my requirements very well and styles my hair accordingly. Considering how they treat children and senior customers, their respect for customers is evident.

• Really disappointed. I decided to get my haircut from Shapes in Hair as I heard so much about it from friends. However, when I got my haircut, the hairdresser did not only take more than a inch off, she also razored all my hair after it has been dried. I'm really upset as it's now been 3 months and my hair has been ruined and looks awful.
