• I have been attending shapes since it first opened in Neath Abbey, I have always found Emma one of the co-owners goes out of her way to help one to achieve their goals. I was unable to attend for a period of time due to sickness. When I returned on the 2nd September, 2013 I was greeted by Emma and told how well I looked. She then carried out a full review as I had not had one for some time due to the fact that I had not requested it. I then completed 2 circuits and felt that I had never been away. It is such a friendly place and I have made a number of friends there. Helen, the other co-owner who also was a nurse,and Pauline another member of staff are always happy to give advice and help in any way they can. It is such a friendy place and I have made many friends. I can honestly say that I do feel the benefit after completing the "workout" and really look forward to the time spent there. and Pauline, a member of staff is always helpful.
