• I am 3 days from my wedding and still trying to fix the damage Shay caused to my dress. We have had to replace the top two layers of my dress which were cut unevenly, jagged (think a 3 year old with garden shears) and were shorter in places than the 3rd layer (my dress should be two layers of tulle over a layer of silk and lace - all the same length). Shay personally fitted me at each of my fittings but never let me see the dress hanging, I was put it in, twirled and taken out. Shay either saw the state of it and let it go, or didn't even bother to look at her/her employees work. I can't describe how upset the whole experience has left me and how disgusting that she would let my dress leave her shop looking like that. I only discovered it because i took my dress out to air. DO NOT PUT YOURSELF IN THE SAME POSITION AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
