• Booked with Katie for a pedicure. Offered hot drink on arrival. Good choice of colours. Katie is very experienced and it shows. Lovely service, my feet feel smooth and the colour finish is great. Rating based on a wonderful pedicure for £18.00 by Katie.

• I wouldn't recommend this particular nail salon, the women who did my nails was really rough when filing my nails down and kept catching my skin, she also cut my finger. The staff in there didn't make it clear to me either where I needed to go to wash my hands and blowdry my nails, considering they knew it was my first time having my nails done with them. A couple of reality tv stars (not naming names) walked into the salon not long after me and it was as though the queen had walked through the door. Staff didn't seem bothered anymore with customers and became a bit obsessed with pleasing these two who walked in just because they appeared on Towie. They got offered a drink but no one else in the salon did. I have now had acrylics on for only a day and they hurt a lot, they seem very sensitive and my friend who got hers the same time as me are for some weird reason hurting aswell. Overall I thought customer service was appalling, and all staff came across rude and quite patronising, they didn't even thank me when I payed them.
