• We visited Shiraz in Monmouth on 2nd December. The girl serving ignored us throughout our time in the shop, not even a thank you when we purchased items and left the shop. The owner should be very worried as this girl will single handedly ruin the business.

• Went in there on Thursday. The assistant was most rude. Never spoke to us once, never answered us when we spoke to her. Continued looking at her phone the whole time. Only spoke to tell me what I owed. I had to ask her twice for a bag which she grudgingly handed over. Ruining a beautiful business.
