• Do not use this firm. Contrary to claims on their website their customer service is very poor. Our exchange nearly fell through when our solicitor went on holiday and didn't arrange for her work to be covered. Then our solicitor left the company and was replaced by someone else (which we weren't told about), who went on leave until the day before our completion (which we weren't told about). Our solicitor, throughout the process, failed to reply to emails and return phone calls. What information we got from the firm we had to pester them for. Look them up on the Moneysavingexpert forums and then avoid them like the plague.
