• Has a up and down service I have had some very good food and some dreadful food as well as an example the sweat and sour chicken balls some times they are just right but the last three times I did order any they were undercooked or overlooked like really I mean it the batter is normaly to thick so it doesn't cook right and when it's not it cooked so much it's like eating a toe or something it's just not good yet they can sever good food to I guess it comes down to who's cooking on the night lol any way over all I'd say get your food from a different place such as rickshaws in newtonpop as its normaly a much better quality but If you have no cash and only your plastic or card then be sure you know what is and is not good at silverking I recommend they egg fried rice that's allways good hahaha only thing I can think off that they never seem to get wrong

• truly terrible -do not know where to begin watered down sauces ,lots water chestnut and bamboo shOots (cheap fillers ) inedible over cooked squid -i complained and was told you complain too much and phone put down !

• I taste food for a living, and having experience many restauarnts and takeaways up and down the country. I feel Silver King offer excellent food and value for money. Although many complain about the waiting time, do one realised each dish is cook to order, and the back log only occurred when everyone start ordering at the same time. My suggestion for these people is to order earlier,in order to avoid disapointment.

• Sorry to hear you had a bad experience like that, Georgina. Pizza Pizza in Netherton Dudley is like that. The girl who's supposed to take the orders chomps her gum & blares her music & won't even listen to customers trying to place orders. How they stay in business is anyone's guess. Then she forgets to put the order through to the kitchen or else they just don't do it. We waited hours for them once, and our neighbors went through the same as well. Unbelievable the disrespect. Well, we did like the food very much at Silver King. Fortunately they were timely in our case, though it saddens me what Georgina had to put up with. No one should be treated with such inconsideration. If you try them again, Georgina, good luck!

• Utter joke! We were told we would have to wait an hour for our food, so after an hour and a quarter, I called to be told that they were just cooking the food. After two hours and trying numerous times to get through to Silver King (constantly engaged - must have taken the phone off the hook!!), the driver turned up with our food. By this time, we had ordered our food from another chinese delivery who could get our food to us in 30 minutes. Ridiculous - if they knew they could not get our food to us, they should have just said. Totally appalling experience.
