• I've been meaning to try it for ages so when we had a big family meal planned we thought it would be great to get it delivered. Unfortunately we were half a mile outside their delivery area so they wouldn't do it. Disappointing as we were placing a very large order. I won't bother trying again if this is their attitude.

• i have had the take away three times now and the food has always been of high quality. The best I have tasted outside of Thailand. Portion sizes very good. We come from Ipswich to get it as beats any thai in Ipswich.

• We'd had their menu in our kitchen drawer for ages since it was dropped through our letterbox. We decided to give it a go last night & we were blown away by it. 5 of us had 5 different dishes which were all superb. I had Thai Green Fish Curry, which I would definitely have again. I would have been very happy to be served this quality of food in an expensive restaurant, but as a takeaway it was by far the best we have ever had. You can taste the different flavours in each bite, rather than the "sludge" one normally gets. Portions are huge as well. Not the cheapest, but definitely good value.

• excellent food with generous portions, always delivered on time. Like the open plan shop where you can see food prep and cooking and talk to the friendly staff.

• Also surprised and the previous review , the food was value for money, polite prompt service. The best Thai food I have eaten outside Thailand. Even had food over for breakfast! The Phad Thai, spring rolls and green curry are to die for.

• Surprised at previous review. Good portions, prompt service. They sometimes need nudging over the "chilli rating" i.e. they have missed it out in the past.

• ordered food from Simply Thai. The chap taking our order was on the ball and polite. The food we received was of good quality,however....food portions were VERY small for the price we paid to the point of embarrassment to our party and there was NOT enough to eat. It was very embarrassing and we will not be ordering again.
