• CALLING OUT THIS ROGUE BUILDER It's a must that Stefan Vasile and Simvik Ltd are called out to expose them for ripping people off. I'm a builder hired to carryout corrective works and to finish off a project that this guy Stefan had abandoned after taking all of the customers money. It is absolutely shocking to learn what a dire situation this company leaves its customers in with incomplete works. The works I was hired to follow up was a major extension and renovation project costing big money and I mean big money running in hundeds of thousands of pounds and for a builder to run off and to leave the customer with an unlimited list of defective and incomplete works is unacceptable. Such traders need to be called out so people are aware of them so they keep away from them and Stefan Vasile and Simvik Ltd is such trader that needs to be avoided. This customer of his had to spend tens of thousands of pounds more to re do and carry out corrective works as they were done so badly by Stefan and his team and to finish off the works that he didn't do but had taken the money for. I will also be making a report to the the Trading Standards of my findings of his unacceptable workmanship. Steve

• STAY AWAY FROM SIMVIK LTD This company has to be one of the worst buiding companies around. You cannot trust a word Stefan the owner says. He lies to extrordinary lengths to trying to cover up the terrible quality of works that his team have done. The moment you question the quality of works you'll see another character emerge, one which is aggressive, intimidating and an attitude that will not accept the works being of poor quality. Furthermore the minute you try holding scheduled payment until the works are rectified he will down his tools. He is so accustomed of taking £20,000 - £30,000 upfront payments and from that moment onwards hes got you at his mercy and his will to do the works how he likes. DO NOT HIRE THIS ROGUE THIEVING COMPNANY. John

• Time after time customers in the "Simvik Victims Group" were told 'go and do what you like' after being left with an endless list of faulty and defective works after having their projects abandoned. This was a regular customer experience of Simvik Ltd customers. Readers can draw their own conclusions on where numerous people have had their personal properties damaged, some having their cars bricked and others having their front garden walls chopped with a grinder and then knocked down, the walls that Simvik Ltd had built as part of the contracted works. All of these people happen to be dissatisfied customers of Simvik Ltd who had shared their experiences online. Of course accusations cannot be made however readers can draw their own conclusions on all of these connected incidents. We will continue to share our customer experiences irrespective of Simvik Ltd swiftly having them removed. Simvik Victims Group SVKG #01

• Existing review is not written by Peter it's written by Stefan owner of Simvik Ltd. Stefan is well known to write fake reviews himself on he's own company stating how great Simvik are and how good quality is their workmanship. Reality is its exactly the opposite what the self written reviews are claiming. Be careful Stefan is very good at downing his tools and abandoning projects and then gone missing.
