• Absolute VILE do not order from here,rather eat a dead dog,order food took nearly 1 hour to get here which wouldn't mind if it's going to be nice,freezing cold food arrived that cold could of gave me an partner frost bite it was that cold,as for the rest disgusting no sauces frozen chips chicken under cooked just plain vile,never never again.STAY AWAY PEOPLE............

• Shocking!! Delivery man very nice but unfortunately that's where it ends. I have photos in case they want to see them, and of it all in the bin! Chicken n chips, cold, bone free chicken so small and dry Hubbie couldn't eat it and all freezing cold, heated in oven but taste horrid Birryani, nothing like, no egg as promised?? No free garlic bread or cake as promised?? No free popadoms or mango with the curry as promised?? Pizza, cold, but ok. Need everything but pizza refunding !

• Dont know why ive ordered again from this place . I keep thinking maybe they are having a bad day . Chicken tastes funny. food is cold when you get it . And im sure the delivery drives round the whole of cheshire before he gets to you even tho i live 1 mile away !!

• Very often have to wait well over the 45 minute delivery time that's stated for food to be delivered. (Suggestion would be to change the wording to 'approx 45 mins, later at weekends'). Quite often, my order is wrong or in edible. (I have the chicken burger - this is often too over cooked to eat and the bread roll is stale). And the other night, after waiting an hour for my order, it arrived stone cold! I ate it because I was hungry but it was disgusting. I've given them plenty of opportunities to get themselves sorted but I feel extremely let down. I will not be using them again. Which is a shame as I ordered from them every week

• I had to phone after an hour waiting, then was told the food was just leaving the shop because they had been busy ( wait time was indicated as 45 minutes) then another 10 minutes later I.e. 25 minutes late the food arrived! Wrong food delivered, missing items and cold! We only live 400m from the shop!!! To make it worse I called to say we had the wrong stuff and was missing and the person who answered didn't apologise but tried to tell me I had not ordered properly! Said I hadn't entered the type of burger on the burger offer 3, but that isn't possible as you cannot progress through the order without selecting the burger type, so it's not me it's obviously a software glitch!, you have my number so if something was missing wouldn't it be correct for you to call and check/confirm rather than guess as I was told by the assistant they had too?! We had to zapp the food to warm it and as we had been waiting so long we had no choice to eat the wrong cold items rather than wait for a corrected hot order! 2 cans were missing from the order !!! But the assistant didn't even acknowledge that We then realised that the complimentary part of the order hadn't been delivered either, so my partner called and insisted on speaking to the manager but was told he wasn't in and he would call back in 10 minutes when he got back from a delivery! He asked if it was the number she was calling from we wanted him to call, but 30 minutes later we still haven't had a call!
