Driver was almost an hour late
littered my street and didnt even apologise for lateness as he was too busy ignoring me and having a journey long phone conversation. I was then charged the full price and when I rang the company to complain the woman was extremely rude and overly defensive. I will stick to the more efficient, polite Hitchin Taxi companies in future. DO NOT use this company unless you want to feel mugged off. I dont have the option of no stars, 1 star is more than they deserve! Rating history and distribution
