This is the most unreliable minicab service EVER. I ordered a cab on Friday 27th April for 7.30pm and after 4 phone calls still no cab. Was told that there was traffic. Considering their office is 5 mins away from my place I knew this not to be the case. I missed my train and subsequently at 8.10pm got into my car. The cab driver called at 8,15pm asking me where i was...well you can imagine the response he got. I had NO APOLOGY from this company and will make sure this company goes out of business for providing such a shoddy service. DO NOT USE.Rating history and distribution
