• Unfortunately I have had the misfortune of owning a flat beneath a property that Smart Residential Lets out. I have had my property damaged five times directly as a result of the types of tenants they allow to live in there (changing every six months), not carefully checking plumbing/appliances when tenants enter or leave. Mr Frank Smart is rude, thoughtless, unprofessional, and doesn't always abide by the law! I was concerned about the age of the gas appliance that was in a particular property and when I asked to see the Gas Safety Certificate they reluctantly showed me the copy and the Flat number had been crossed out and another one written in its place!! I would seriously reconsider renting or buying from this man and this company. You have been warned!
