• Rude manager, worst customer service ever and terrible photos. Avoid! I have been unable to use the passport photos done for me at Snappy Snaps in Staines. They are terrible! They don’t look like me, the pictures are really stretched making me look like I have a really wide face and head, and I look completely washed out. The £9.99 they charged me is extortionate for four small passport photos and not worth it. Avoid this shop! You are better off going to the photo booth next door in the post office, which I did on the same day for £6.00. They were much better and much more realistic and better quality. On top of that, the manager is so rude! I went back to explain my face shape was completely different from the more accurate photo booth ones, showing both sets to the lovely girl at the counter. She agreed to do them again, however I could here some rather embarrassing comments in the background between the manager and the girl on the counter whereby he was telling her off. I felt so sorry for the young lady; I could see how awkward she was and how embarrassed she felt. I was trying to work out what was going on, as I felt incredibly uncomfortable myself. The next thing I knew, she had rung up another £9.99 on the till! I said “I’m no paying another £9.99”, (I might add that the pictures where still not great quality) by which point the rude manager came up to the till and said I needed to pay again. He started arguing with me saying it was my fault for approving them on the screen. I felt so embarrassed and humiliated and I can honestly say, I have NEVER had such poor customer service, nor felt so let down by a company in my life. I explained that they looked different on the screen and that I was unable to use them for my passport and showed him the difference between the photo booth ones and the ones I’d had done in his shop. He wasn’t having any of it and refused to give them to me without paying again, despite the fact that it had already been agreed to re-take them when I first entered the shop. I left the shop extremely embarrassed, humiliated, extremely angry and stressed and with no photos! Avoid this shop! The manager is rude, he is a bully to his staff, the photos are terrible and the customer service is none existent! I only wish I had read the reviews for this shop before I entered it!
