• I visited the salon yesterday for a wash and blow dry. The lady who washed my hair did it with very little water and her long nails kept digging into my scalp. The main lady called Pashtun started to blow dry my hair curly with very intense heat, that felt like my scalp was burning. When I asked her to lower the heat setting,she replied "this is needed for a blow dry".Mid way through my blow dry Pashun left me unattended as she needed to thread other clients, whom she seemed to have forgotten also made appointments. 15 minutes later, she returned to dry my hair, which had dried 90%, as I was waiting for her which meant my hair had volume around the sides but was flat on top. As she continued with the blow dry she got my hair tangled into her brush and it was very painful as she tried to untangle my hair. I said to her twice that what she was doing was really hurting me, she replied "You have a sensitive scalp and this is common in a blow dry". Then to add insult to injury she demanded £35, even though a trainee did most of the work and I was unhappy with the outcome! I said it wasn't about the money but was the dreadful customer service and the damage she did to my hair. It truly was a horrible experience and I advise not to visit the salon for a blow dry.
