• Ordered sofa 11 June 2021. After 3 delivery dates, with no show, was given a definite delivery date of 22 Nov 2021 both by telephone call and text. Needless to say another no show. Despite yet another failure, received an email asking me to rate my delivery 😡. Three visits to Paisley store who have been worse than useless. Have now purchased second hand sofas and will try somewhere else after the holidays. AVOID SOFOLOGY AT ALL COSTS,
