• I have placed an order with Soft Touch and I wanted to let others know about the service I have received. The service has been second to none. From the start of me choosing the material and purchasing the curtains there has been very clear communication and excellent customer service. They came out to measure the windows and then make them up. A date was set for completion and it was adhered to as was agreed. The curtains have a very professional finish. They look exactly as I had envisaged in my minds eye. The final finishing touch was that they were hung for me with precision. I am delighted with the professionalism of the service from beginning to end. Thank you.
