• Had an issue with prescription supplied by another company..should have gone to.. Solent were helpful, professional, and arranged for a refund. Could not ask for better

• I have only had my glasses for a few months and I'm having to keep going back. I have even had a lense fall out on to a patient. The right arm of the glasses digs into me and gives me headaches they did not do anything except fob me off. Today 5 Feb 2015 I went in for them to tighten my right arm up. They took my glasses away a few minutes later came back and said that the arm was broken and that I would have to buy another pair. Their after sales care is non existent to be polite I'm not happy with them at all in the way they have treated me. Do not go there

• Fantastic specs. Mine are varifocall with tint had them two years never had problem going back soon for my next pair
