• I had eye test this morning very disappointed the young girl did not know what she was doing she asked me to read the letters on the card which was not there she got very loud when I said I cannot read what is not there she then asked me to follow the light which I said I cannot she had not switched it on I was in the chair for over an hour and as I am awaiting a hip replacement sitting for that long caused me lot of pain and after having the light shining in my eyes could not see when I left so no glasses i have been a customer for years but will not be going back I now have to book appointment with another optician good job i had a free test voucher as i would not have paid thanks for wasting my morning i clicked on 1 star and couldn't removing but it was no star rateing

• Rubbish customer service and I am now going to vision express .. Shame as I've been with Specsavers for years
