• Most expensive glasses I've ever bought, they got the prescription wrong at first. I had to pay £340 for a buy one pair get one free, which should of cost £205, I should of been refunded £135, but the trainee assistant didn't know what he was doing and told me that I couldn't have a refund as the manager must be wrong . Haven't received my glasses yet and will be putting in an official complaint.
