• Awful. I asked for my roots done and a blend in, we settled on my ends colour- dark brown, it’s dyed jet black. Not all the dye has covered my roots and last night when I washed my hair I found hair dye was still on it! When the hair dye was being washed off my hair they managed to throw water all over my face and when I asked for a tissue for my face (as I looked like Alice Cooper) I was given toilet roll! I then told them how I was growing out my fringe so not to cut it, they cut it around my face- exactly what I told them not to do now I have two pieces of hair which keep turning into my nose! Just a waste of money and I’m ridiculously upset.
