• Staff are unfriendly and appointment was rushed. Customer service is lacking. Staff where very dismissive to my design ideas. My nails didn't last a day, it was a couple of hours before the polish on five nails completely peeled off. If you want to get your nails done in Ormskirk I recommend Pout. Yes its more expensive but the service and treatment are so much better.

• Not a lot of choice in design compared to other places where you can choose your own design you have to have one of theirs. More expensive than other places in Ormskirk and not as good. Staff are rude and unhelpful. I would not go back.

• Not a lot of deigns available. Over priced. Staff are rude. Don't go here. In Ormskirk I have found the indoor market is much better.
