• The large Americano coffee I ordered at 11:51am on 13/08/22 was so weak I threw it out! They must have used the same coffee grounds for the previous coffee order - it was tasteless and the milk I ordered looked like 50% skim milk with 50% water added (you could see through it). Terrible!!

• The staff here are shocking, they do their own thing in the own time, we ordered 6 drinks by the time they had served every drive through customer for about 10 mins they finally got round to doing the final 4 drinks but the first 2 were already cold. And the staff were busy having a chat with friends out of the window and had to ask to remake the first 2. Their attitude to customers is appalling I should be made to feel bad for wanting the drinks I paid for
