• Wow what a fantastic service. Rang to book, spoke to a lovely lady who then confirmed it by text along with the price. When the cab arrived they sent me a text with the car reg and to let me know it was outside. First class all round. If only every town had a starline taxis.

• My pre-booked taxi failed to arrive. When I called to complain, the woman on the phone said it was not her fault and I shouldn't be telling her! She railed at me for 5 minutes before I extracted an apology. Extremely poor customer service. Leon Jackson, manager, should be ashamed of such service.

• Have used starline for ages,however on this journey it changed my mind and i will NOT be using them again, the way one of their drivers spoke to me was beyond rude. We ordered the taxi for 10mintues the taxi turned up in about 2 minutes (very efficient) however once sat in the taxi i made the mistake of saying "it smells like smoke in here" (there are no smoking signs on the doors) the lady driving turned round started swearing and shouting saying she had a cigarette out the window because she was waiting for us, however they are not allowed to smoke in taxis anymore as it is illegal and as a non smoker found it extremely unprofessional. I am paying for a service and don't expect to be spoken this way. Moral of the story..If another taxi company is available book them!!
