The pump Steve installed for our shower failed within the warranty period so we contacted the suppliers for a replacement under warranty. Because it had been installed incorrectly they refused to replace or refund. I contacted Steve via his web page and my wife ‘phoned Steve twice and left messages – but no response at all. Disappointed and about 500 pounds worse off!
