• Bought a new car from them in 2010 and I was promised that I would get certain items for free - now find out that there is no such thing as without my knowledge they added all the costs on my Finance Agreement. Do not trust what they say and if you do buy from them, triple check the paperwork as they try and fleece you otherwise.

• Bought a new Avensis from them in 2010 on the promise that certain items would be free - now find that they have charged all the itmes on to my Finance Agreement without my knowledge. Do NOT buy from them but if you persist in buying triple check all the forms - take them away to check before you sign anything.

• Bought a new car from them in 2010 and was informed in writing that I would get a number of items free of charge. Very disappointed to find out now that I have been charged for everything and they are refusing to honour their side of the sale. The Order Form was also, used as the basis of the Finance Agreement so beware of the paperwork they ask you to complete.
