• I have always bought my car from stoneacre in the past but after a recent visit will not be returning. We were interested in a brand new C1 and using there part exchange deal they currently have advertised . The salesman took our details and promised to phone back after 3 days and no phone call I phoned them back and got put thru to citroen sales where I was cut off! Cheers stoneacre I'll go elsewhere

• Very disappointing service, can't do enough for you when your buying but once deal done, very poor customer service. Very annoyed today, had appointment with sales guy who took our details then disappeared off to sort another customer out, we were left sitting there!!!! Not impressed and would not recommend them to anyone.

• I was promised the service history book and spare key was being posted from another dealership when collecting my car. 3 months have passed with numerous calls unreturned, still no book and no key. Very uncaring once they've taken your cash

• If you do your research and read all the bad reviews on the internet then be warned! My experience at the Wrexham branch was no different from other online reviews. I found the salesman friendly but completely untrustworthy. Stoneacre promised me everything but delivered nothing. Stoneacre give car supermarkets a very bad name, please avoid
