• I made a special trip to sheringham to visit Straights today as it was recommended by a friend. The way I was treated by staff was appalling. I patiently waited in albeit, a very small queue. It got to my turn, the female member of staff had pen to paper to take my order, when a male clearly known to staff walked straight in, got served and suddenly, I was blanked. Needless to say I took my obviously worthless custom out of there. Maybe a good way of keeping regulars, but no way to get new custom. I shall continue with my visits to my regular fish and chip shop in Cromer were I have never been treated in such a way.

• The food here is amazing, the burgers are so good,we live quite a way from sheringham and travel in especially to have one of their burgers.really friendly service. a good food experience all round.
