• Not impressed at Norwich Broadsman Way. Went in for rear tyre puncture repair. Two hour wait and scuffed alloy and rubber and muck all over it. When I returned to complain they told me it was kerb damage. I think I would know if I had hit a kerb at any time and certainly wouldn't be complaining to anyone else about it. Will not be returning and will not recommend to anyone else.

• Went in for front wheels to be balanced..After prying machanic away from his girlfriend got job done.Even worse when they had finished.Took car straight back, to be told, " Yeah, you seem to have a gearbox problem" !! (unprintable comment from me ) Took car to Main STS in Norwich and had job re done with loads of apologies. DO NOT GO NEAR ACLE STS.
