• We are in dispute with this architect and I would advise anyone to just be careful, we have been trying to resolve this with this man for months, he does not do as he says he will do - he won't answer calls or emails - try the office number it is an answerphone. At them moment i am emailing, texting, phoning and nothing. We are starting official complaints with RIBA, all very well when you have new business to give him, but as a dissatisfied customer trying to resolve issues - well another matter. IF you read this Philip - a call would be appreciated in your clearly busy schedule and demonstrate some customer service please
