• May 2023 Paul built a garage(nice brickwork). The contract included passing building control inspection. He asked for more money to fit the windows and door 4 months later-although this was on the plans he quoted for! Needless to say we were on holiday when he completed and insisted on the final payment before we returned. He was paid in full less £200 until the door was fitted right . On return we found no roof inspection had been made. Water pours under the door He doesn't reply to messages. The roof has failed and he cut our phonecall off after answering. Shocking unprofessional
