• Purchased a Peugeot from this garage last week, lovely little car and the overall service was great. They had the car valeted for my arrival, the person I dealt with was called David and I was very impressed with his professionalism and friendliness.

• Great service... I purchased my car,and the service I received was excellent .I left some personnel belongings in my old car. I telephoned the garage to inform them of this....My old car had already been sold and my things were at the garage..They sent my belongings to my place of work in Newcastle.I am very happy with the car I bought and would recommend them to anyone looking for a car.

• We bought a car a month ago. We were told it had full service history and tax. Husband travelled by train to collect it. No tax and no books.Radio needed a code. Garage said they would post the books. Several phone calls later we have finally received the books. No radio code and no service history. Avoid at all costs!!!

• I bought a car from this com.in july 2012.it was fine for 2 days.Then the problems started.hand brake staying on engine rattling .its head off flat battery,misfire.took it into garage for inspection. £1600 to fix.as the car was only £2000 to buy.all they kept saying bring it back we will look at it.as it was (100 miles)would the car make it?? If you think of buying a car from them get it inspected before you hand over your cash.

• They claim to sell quality used cars, however what we recieved was just dangerous. The car had apparently passed it's MOT that day, I don't know how. I spoke to people in that area of trade they said the car was unroad-worthy. When going back they spoke to us with total disrespect, hardly the service they claim to give! We definately did not appreciate the way they did business. They quote on their website "For total peace of mind we will ensure that the vehicle of your choice has been prepared and presented to exceed the expectations of the most demanding car customer." This is the complete opposite to the service that we recived. We are not at all demanding but what we did expect was a car that was safe to drive. The overall service was appalling.
