• Do not use! As other reviews said, Dan starts well and seems really nice. However he took the money in full (£7,500), did not complete the work. We're still missing one pane of glass and the conservatory leaks. He's not answering calls or emails. He talks a lot about Buddhism but it is not exactly right action to treat my elderly mother this way. We are going to report him to trading standards.

• Asked them to rehang my blinds, took them down and couldn't rehang, said impossible then suggested having eight new glass panels to reflect the sun, or better still have a complete new roof - at a substantial discount of course. Never heard from them again.
