My iphone get stolen.
I was insured since 18days.
I called them and in 8 days they replace my phone.
I think,, I have payed for a good serviceI sent my phone to be repaired (iphone 4) over a month ago and i have still not had it back. Every time i phone in (on the 0871 number so it costs me extra money) i feel like no one cares. No one gives out their name either so you cant hold anyone responsible. I demanded to speak to a manager (it says in their policy book it takes 5 days to get your phone back) the manager said they would email to find out the tracking number of my phone. Why cant they phone? anyway, that was a week ago and still no reply. I have just phoned in today and the representative has said she will call me back in an hour to let me know what has happened to my phone. My fingers are crossed but i will be cancelling this insurance if/when i get my phone back. have had Supercover insurance for 3 years as being an avid apple fan I change my tablet and handset with every new release. I made my first claim 7 weeks ago which they accepted and stated they would sent a replacement ipad 3, wifi and 3G model sim free from PC World; which seemed fine as that was all sorted in a week.. Great Service but I was in for a rude awakening. The first replacement was a wifi only model which I mailed back and had to wait for the correct model replacement. this came the following Saturday and was a dodgy replacement as it was firstly locked to T-Mobile and on calling T-Mobile was told that serial number for ipad belonged to their contract customer so not sure how they sourced these replacement ipads.. So again I mailed that back. The finally decided to get me a replacement from Argos so was waiting and waiting over a week as Argos admitted to not processing the order and ordered it this week. OIt was sent to Yodel delivery in Enfield whom at the moment can not find the package what a joke from poor insurance to poor logistics.. Service in UK leaves a lot to be desired and if we dont use such review sites then it will continue... Supercover and Yodel fix up Now !!! its been 7 weeks now.Rating history and distribution
