• I have shopped here for several years and have found the shop to be fairly mediocre overall but at least the staff were fairly pleasant. However recently I was appalled by the way I was spoken to when I asked for a free bag to carry hot food. The assistant was rude and dismissive. Her colleague who she asked was equally rude and the supervisor was unhelpful, rude and patronising. Among other things she told me that they were not required to do so and refused to listen to my request that she should refer to gov website which expressly states that bags to carry hot food are exempt from the 5p charge. To add indult to injury the portion of stew in question was burnt and inedible. One very unhappy ex-customer.
