• My Mum who is 83 wanted a new door and some new windows for her Bungalow, I contacted Supreme Windows the end of July 2022 and arranged for someone to call round, measure up and give us a quote, which they did. So far so good... Mum was happy with the quote, although the wait time was a little long, beginning of November would be the fitting date, so I contacted them agreeing the quote and asked for an invoice to be emailed so we could pay the deposit, after a few days I again contacted them again asking for an invoice. So this now comes to today 11/10/2022 when I phoned up asking what the situation was with the door and windows and any idea what date they would be fitted, to be told it would now be December before they would be fitted, and they would need to send someone out to measure up again, and that the door nor the windows had been ordered yet. Because I wasn't happy with the total lack of communication and expressed that firmly. If I had not phoned up today, I would not have known there was a delay, and wonder just when we would be told that there was one? I would also add that Andrew Carson was most unpleasant on the phone and actually canceled Mums order.
