• I called the TC Cars number for a taxi to take me from one destination to another. I had to endure 1 minute 30 seconds of pre recorded talk overs telling me what a wonderful company they are before I spoke to a human being. Time is money. My needs on this occasion were not urgent, but they could have been. Service is what the customer wants, not time wasting talk overs.
