• I’ve used tm cars a few times and never had a problem at all in fact very good service on time polite friendly drivers so I’d say all in al Excellent service

• VERY POOR SERVICE EVER i literally booked a taxi from TM cars in woolwich arsenal asking them for terminal 4 heathrow at 4:30 and 1st thing the taxi did not arrive on right time and 2nd thing it took me to the terminal 3 instead and they refused to take me to my actual drop point. Thus, i miss the flight for my very important works and had to arrange an emergency flight which cost me around £900.00 which is not a small amount Its strongely recommend better not to use this company service which dont understand the value of customer service, time and money Thank you

• I used TM Cars during my daughter's wedding for trips from the airport and to the ceremony and they were very, very reliable and punctual.
