• I had always bought my cars - mainly Jaguars- new until I discovered Tempest a couple of years ago. I have since bought 3 up market cars from them - an Aston Martin, and 2 Range rovers - and have not had the slightest trouble with any of them. Tempest had the Aston serviced by an Aston Martin franchised dealer and obtained a health report as part of their preparation and both range rovers were also serviced and carefully prepped, which I'm sure is part of Tempest's secret. Subsequent servicing and body repairs carried out by their workshops has been prompt, well executed and surprisingly economic. They are also extremely pleasant people to deal with, and make buying a used car a very pleasurable experience. So, well done chaps - I will never now buy a used car anywhere else

• When i purchased a car from these robbers they told me it had a new manifold installed instead they patched it up it wasnt until the exhaust blew 5 months later we found out. Whilst they replaced it in the end they clearly decieved us from the start and we never would have known until we came to resell the car or it developed a fault. Was told by the smug car salesman that my concerns were irrelevent. Would never step foot in this garage again

• hi i bought a merc 320ilk from them about a month later a back shock collapsed,they replaced all 4..and my spare key was for another merc.key cost 250.they sent a check for half and this was outside of my 3months warranty...people superb and friendly car still in perfect working order and drives like a dream...
