• This shop is by far the best in the area for all aspects of yarns, fabrics and haberdashery. The staff do chat to their friends but are always happy to help if asked, and after all, this is: " a local shop for local people"! Its always my first port of call for craft supplies, and I'm seldom disappointed.

• Staff not at all helpful, but was in shop 10mins before they asked if I needed help, talk very much between themselves and forget people are in there shop, will shop elsewhere.This is a business look after customers.

• very unwelcoming and unhelpful. run by two giggly silly girls. wouldn't go there again.
