I am currently renting out a property through thomas james, its a student let and I would advise anyone to steer way clear of them. They are patronising and unsypathetic. We got our moving date delayed by two weeks and wernt informed untill 10 days before hand, making planning jobs ect annoying. Also even after the 2 extra weeks they had, we moved into a house which was in my opinion unacceptable in terms of clenliness...also we have no hot water, its been a week now, and when I described it as being 'unfit to live in' they disagreed, maybe its just me, or does hot water seem like a priority? Anyway, I hope some people will read this and not end up in the same position Rating history and distribution
