• I must say you have to say as you find and these guys are more than fair compared to most car sites we visited. They done everything they promised,car was as described, and even put rite my car rite 4 weeks after purchase under warranty no arguments at all! would recommend to anyone..

• The place to buy a really good used car in norwich. Attended today dealt with owner Daniel. After viewing a few small cars I decided I felt comfortable buying a car from here. • After looking at so many tired looking ford focus,s id decided almost to give up and buy new. I attended Thorpe end today as I was driving past there sales site. Well what can I say. After all this time looking for a used ford focus I found a 2002 foucus with 32k genuine miles. And in totally genuine condition. So pleased aswell as I got straight talking honest answers. Me and my dad browsed over a couple of car here and I have to say after attending nearly all the smaller used car dealers in norwich WOW what can I say they clean there cars properly and even tell customers the truth in wot to luke for when buying a used car ie full service history local car log book. • Attended Xmas eve to buy my daughter her 1st car for Christmas. Wow ford ka with 28k. They clean there cars better than any one out there!!!!!!!! • How do this family car sales find such low mileage quality cars. Bought a polo today with only 25k one owner. So pleased as bd looked at a few local car sales some home traders and total rubbish. • I had very disappointing experience with this dealership. Bought a car from these guys, faulty door catch when I got vehicle. Also a mis-sold stereo system. Tried to resolve situation informally but the sales person Daniel Grimmer refused to communicate. He lied, denied the fault and suggested I broke the vehicle myself. I escalated situation to formal stage with trading standards involved. Car fixed reluctantly a week or so later. Shortly after this the engine developed complicated ECU faults. I would NEVER go to this place again, and would disuade anyone from purchasing vehicle from them. Be aware. Dont give them your money.
