• The food and accommodation may well be good but their customer service is appalling. We booked a room on the Wednesday for the Friday night and had to cancel it because of a family crisis. They charged us in full and wouldn't even consider a partial refund. They kept promising to call us back and it took 3 weeks and another chaser call for them to eventually call back to say they would't refund us. Very disappointed and will certainly never go there again.
