• Scruffy, dirty place .Went there on Thursday lunch 9th august. Bar man told us it would be a 45 minute wait in spite the place was almost empty. I asked bar man what he recommended and he was unfriendly and unhelpful. Food was awfull. Lumpy, grey, mashed potatoes and sausages which were rock hard and looked and tasted like they had been reheated several times. Landlord too busy mowing lawn on noisy lawn mower during lunch. He should have been behind bar supervising his staff and food quality. AVOID.
