• I have used Tommy cars for a few years and always seemed fine. I asked him to bring my mother in law to victoria station and he stated it would take half an hour. I said we will give it an hour to be safe. He proceeded to get lost and get her to the station 15 minutes late so she missed her bus for which she had bbooked her ticket. Having no bank card and very upset that a CAB driver didnt kbow where he was going and she had to buy a new bus ticket, she was unable to pay the full amount (she had the 28 pounds in her hand he had quoted her). He was unapologetic and rude and left her a big distance from the station (this woman is also disabled!!!). She paid him 18 pounds as she needed the money for the bus ticket which resulted from his idiocy and inability to do his job. Then, we get home from town and theres Tommy brazen as hell demanding his 10 pounds from us..after his mess up. No apology just demanding..after HE GIT LOST!!!!! Id rather walk on glass now than use him. Every couple of months we used him for airport runs for my parents but never again. He has lost our custom and recommendation. Poor poor service and equally poor attitude!!
