• As I needed a gift at short notice, I bought an arrow brooch from a jewelry vendor at this mall. The item was purchased online and there was no mention of any damage to the brooch. Yet when I received it, a section of it was noticeably repaired badly. I did not want to return it as I needed it to give as a present. I had to pay £50 to put it right. After two emails to the vendor explaining my intention to keep the item and requesting a refund of the repair cost which in view of the fact that the damage was not described was only fair. Top Banana refused to refund the repair cost and insisted I return the item for a refund. After such callous treatment I will never buy from them again. I would warn any potential buyer to beware! PS
