• After taking £2000 pounds off me I cannot get any answer on the phone I was told my PPI would be sorted in 12 Iweeks this has been on going since .Oct I do think I have been scammed I have to put a rating but would give a minus would

• I paid this Co.£300 as they claimed they could represent me after cold calling me. 7 months later I find out that they have done absolutely nothing and have sold my file to another PPI reclaim Co. I am now trying to get my money back but they don't answer the phone !My advice don't use them

• i cannot get any one o answer the telephone there is always an answer phone on.i leave messages and no one responds.what can i do i have paid up front twice for the service to be completed quickly.i am a pensioner who cannot afford this loss.Melissa who convinced me that it was the right decision to go with them,how can she sleepat night knowing about this exploytation of vunerable people.If it was her family who had lost this money how woild she feel,that is why this company employ such clever salespeople to exploit the vunerable.can anyone help about what to do this has been ongoing since last year May

• Stay clear! 6 months of phoning/emailing/writing and I am still trying to get my 'no win no fee' £500 returned. This company took my money and are not giving it back!!

• Similar Story! They told me I was due 5k but needed to pay an up front fee of £500, which was on a 'no win no fee' basis. I paid the money, no claims were up held! That is not my main complaint however, my complaint is that 6 months down the line I am STILL trying to have my £500 'no win no fee' money returned to me! I could rob a bank easier!! I have been told since that there is no way you should be asked to pay any money up front!! Why will they not return my money as promised?????????????????????

• they has pestered me and will not take no for an answer. when i questioned them on the law they had no idea. God help anyone who instructs them.

• I was contacted by Total Financial Solutions in swansea just over 5 weeks ago, I paid in total £1440 to get my 6 loans looked at, as of yesterday 27/10/12 i have recieved a total of £28,450 for 3 of the claims and have 3 more to come !!!! AMAZING. christmas will be the best ever this year. As i have read on the internet people saying bad stuff about TFS, they only complain when things go wrong, no one ever says good things anymore, this is why i have put this here to say a BIG THANK YOU TFS.

• terrible service. my claim started on the 18th may after paying £500 up front with the promise my claim would be prioritised and be finished within 6-8wks. the salesperson also insisted that because i had several claims i had a minimum of £22,000 coming back to me. now 6mths later i have a one claim back for 2,300 with a bill off total finance for £800 plus the £500 upfront left me with £1,000. they now keep fobbing me off stating that my other claims are still ongoing and each time they are coming to an end. same speech every time.
