"I have been qualified since 2001 and am a fully insured and recognised therapist. I can be found in Stroud Road, Gloucester, working from Ramsay PT in a modern and beautiful treatment room. I offer Hot Stone Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Indian Head Massage and Reflexology.People have treatment for many different reasons ; some have specific aches and pains that need addressing, others just want to relax, and others, after getting rid of their aches and pains come regularly to maintain their improved health and well-being.  I always take a detailed history before treatment begins, so that the right treatment can be used, or sometimes we decide that a combination of treatments may be the best approach. For example, if you came to me with recurrent headaches I would maybe suggest a Hot Stone Massage of the back neck and shoulder area to warm and release tension, followed by some deep tissue work and then finish with some Indian Head Massage.I work with clients of all ages, both male and female and pride myself on offering a treatment that suits the individual. I have worked with top class athletes, a silver medallist in the Sydney Olympics to name one, and am proud to have been part of their success, but I also work with people who have everyday aches and pains and muscle tension caused by their daily living. Everyone can benefit from the healing power of massage.I gained my qualifications with ITEC and have a diploma in Anatomy and Physiology and body massage and a diploma Reflexology. I have an ITEC certificate in Indian Head Massage. I also have a post graduation qualification in Hot Stone Massage at Practitioner level. "
